[comp.sys.mac] Problem Tracking system for networked Macs?

I need some information on a problem tracking system for a Mac.  I want
to be able to track all of our calls to our microcomputer support center
here on campus and know were every call is as far as status, how long it
took for the persons call to be answered, what was the final answer to
the question, etc.  I would like for any Mac on our local network to be
able to access this database (through AppleShare if possible) so that
several different people can handle problem by using this tracking
system at the same time.

Any help or information (company names, phone numbers) would be helpful.
