Just for the record, WindChooser isn't really "adding" a WDEF. It's renumbering
two WDEF's so that only one is numbered 0. The INIT in WindChooser only looks
for WDEF 0. This probably isn't the best way to do it, but the INIT was written
before the cdev without the cdev in mind. The WindChooser cdev is a cheap hack,
basically, although the INIT is somewhat (and I emphasize _somewhat_) more
elegant.
