To make sure it is not being run from a locked disk, White Knight writes a file called "Trash File" and then deletes it. If it can't write that file or overwrite a pre-existing file with the same name, it complains that the disk is locked. The problem is that an INIT conflict can prevent deletion of the file, which makes White Knight think the disk is locked when it isn't. If the problem happens to you, go to the folder from which White Knight was run and delete "Trash File".
