Can anyone recommend a good laser printer ? I am thinking of getting Apple's Laserwriter IINT. It is a bit expensive, but the quality seems to be very good. I would like to know if anyone out there is using a third party postscript printer -- is a third party printer worth the price ?? Is Jasmin's DirectPrint a good printer ?? I know it's not a PS printer, but if it does everything that NT does, then I'm willing to consider it. The printer should be able to print Latex generated postscript files (ie Texture type outputs) and MacPaint (bitmap) files. It must also accept Fontographer generated fonts. I'd appreciate any comments and/or suggestions. Please email your responses. I'll summarize it if I get enough requests.
