Hi, I was playing with Word 4.0 and ran into a little trouble and thought someone out there might know of a possible solution. Anyway, suppose you have 2 columns and would like to have a box placed around all the paragraphs on the page (both columns). Word will make it look something like this: _______ | | | | | | | | | | ------ | | But how can I make it look two COMPLETE rectangles? I don't want to have to play any games like ending paragraphs at the bottom of the column just to get the line. Any ideas? Oh, here's another one: Say you have two sections on one page. Section 1 is one column (normal) and Section 2 is 2 columns. In section 2 I have a paragraph (actually a picture) that I want positioned in the top and center of the section (not the page). Word seems to want to always place it back in section 1. Is there anyway to get it to appear at the top of section 2 without having to actually meaure how far down section 2 starts and then place that in the postion vertical box? Just thought I'd throw these out there for fun 8-) --Dug
