[comp.sys.mac] IBM vs. Mac flame

frankc@skat.usc.edu (Frank H. Callaham III) (01/10/90)

I told myself I wouldn't do this but...

In article <818@edstip.EDS.COM> ohrnb@edstip.EDS.COM (Erik Ohrnberger) writes:
>> If you buy a Mac, all you'll ever run is Finder and System.
>> [followed by alot of false limitations of the Mac....]

In article <37701@apple.Apple.COM> jdevoto@apple.com (Jeanne Devoto) responds:
> [After completely proving all of Erik's points to be false,
> jdevoto@apple.com concludes with...]
> Look. I know we all have our preferences, and I've learned

I couldn't agree more with jdevoto@apple.com. This has been my pet
peeve though out this "discussion". If you're going to post
(especially something negative) at least get the facts RIGHT!!! Or at
LEAST close.

Sorry to take up your time...
I hope this ends soon...
