I'm looking at using a Mac II as a video graphics and character generator box with either the NuVista or RasterOps SFX card. Both seem to do Chroma-keying and allow mixing of mac video and external video signals on the card without the need of an external video mixer. Which of the following would be an accurate description of the quality output by these cards: 1. "broadcast quality" for TV stations 2. Corporate production quality 3. Home video quality Also, in a broadcast situation, would it be best to just output the graphics/characters and leave the mixing to a separate box? thanks, michael ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Michael McGuffey, Senior Software Applications Analyst Phone: 304/696-3212 University Computer Center FAX: 304/696-3601 Marshall University BITNET: mcguffey@muvms3 Huntington, WV 25755-5320 Internet: mcguffey%muvms3@wvnvms.wvnet.edu
