Like you, lotsa people here do all their work on their own Macs and then
use our labs only to make laser-quality printouts ... and they often have
to wait in line for hours just to use a Macintosh for five minutes.

We solved this problem by designating one Macintosh as an "express
computer."  It has a consultant-enforced usage limit of five minutes.
The idea for it actually came from a user via our suggestion box.
