Hello fellow networkers,
A few months ago someone posted an article describing a strategy to use all 8
bits in a character code. This way europeans can use their "special"
alphabetic characters in every communication program they use. Does anyone
have a copy of this article or is she/he willing to tell me more about his
strategy? I wanted to try to implement (or get it implemented) in Net/Mac the
public domain TCP/IP software for the Macintosh.
I remember something about switching "KCHR" resources...
Please help, any comment appreciated!
Thanks!
Annard.
