Hi, I need some help in getting screen dumps from VersaTERM PRO (a terminal emulator). Here is what I have been doing: 1) I do a Save Graphics commmand in VersaTerm and save the file as a MacDraw document. VersaTerm is running in Tek4105 mode. 2) Open it in MacDraw. It converts it from PICT to its own format. The file size grows by an order of magnitude. 3) The picture has different colors and therefore during printing I have to say that all colors are black (no pattern conversion). Now the problems are that the Font used by MacDraw program is Monaco and the printouts look pretty bad. I tried selecting all and changing the font to Courier. MacDraw then complains that all the selections should be within object boundaries. Is there any way I can change all the colors to black and the font to Courier. Also, I have to set the Scale PICT percentage to 90% in Versaterm extras dialog box. Otherwise the saved picture is bigger than a page. I would appreciate any help in this problem since I have to generate a lot of hardcopies for a report. Thanks. Rajiv. (agrawal@coke.eng.ohio-state.edu agrawal-r@eng.ohio-state.edu)

Try using MacDraw 1.95 to open the PICT files, and then use the clipboard to transfer them under Multifinder to MacDraw II. That is what I did except that I used Canvas 2.0 instead of MacDraw II. R. Kanner UCSD Chem
