Does anybody know how to read a 3-1/2" disk formatted on an HP computer? Is there software available that could be used with the Apple File Exchange, or a driver for this format? (Is this even possible with the HDFD?) We use an HP9836 computer and instrumentation to collect data, which we would then like to transfer to other computers. Currently, I must do file transfers, from HP->UNIX->mac which are quite tedious from the HP systems. The HP9836 runs both HP BASIC and Pascal operating systems. It would be much more convenient if the text files could be read directly via the mac's HDFD, I know very little about the HP format, except that they use MFM.
