Not long ago there was a spate of postings about problems people were having with FDHD drives in the new Macs (we've had problems, too). Unfortunately, I didn't save any of the postings, and our service provider is curious about the symptoms that other users have had. If you've had trouble with your FDHD drive I'd appreciate it if you would just e-mail me a short note describing the problem, and whether you were able to get it fixed in some way (replacement, adjustment, etc.).
