Has anyone had experience using AppleShare File Server 2.x with a partitioned volume? I am running AppleShare File Server on a Mac with an internal Apple 80M hard disk. If possible, I'd like the users to see several smaller volumes instead of one large volume. I've tried partitioning the volume with SUM II's partitioning software, and then installing AppleShare File Server. This appears to work well. But before I go ahead and use this, I'd like to hear if anyone else has tried this (or something like it) and run into a problem caused by it. (Based on the AppleShare Administrator manual, it sounds like I should avoid doing anything unusual with my hard disk, like partitioning it.)
