In the February 6, 1990 issue of MacWEEK on page 26, there is a short article titled "Apple Professional Exchange issues call for papers on Mac use". The article mentions several places from which to obtain a set of conference rules, none of which I have access to. The places include Applelink, Connect, and America Online.
