Hi, all!
Here's my first posting to this group -- extra fun, since it's also a test
installation of news on our VAX!
I'm the administrator of an on-line network help system here at Goddard, and
one of the "misc." features is a list of sites supporting anonymous ftp. I've
edited out all but the Mac sites... enjoy...

This is a list of sites accepting anonymous FTP file accesses. PLEASE NOTE that
entries in the "notes/comments" column were made by the person who originally
compiled this list and not by ADFTO/DFTNIC staff. To log into any of these
services, issue the command "ftp (address)", then log in with the username
"anonymous" and either "guest" or your network address as a password.
The staff of the ADFTO/DFTNIC in no way endorses any of these services; this
list is presented merely as a network resource.
Also, to quote the person who originally built this list... "Anonymous FTP is a
privilege, not a right. The site administrators for the sites listed below
have made their systems available out of the goodness of their hearts. Please
respect their wishes and restrict your FTPing to non-prime hours (1900-0600
hours local time for the site).
