I'm having trouble making MSW 4.0 doing floating keeps, to use the
troff -me venacular. What I want to do is take a figure, along with its
legend, and stick it at the bottom of the page, and allow text to flow
around it to fill the space above. So, I did Insert Graphics, dragged out
a graphics box to the vertical size I wanted and most of the width of the
margins, selected it, then did Position... and told it to put it at the
bottom of the page. Unfortunately, this has no effect, at least not in
page preview. I tried doing Command-J (Repaginate) but that had no effect
either. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a bug in the way
positioned paragraphs work (or don't work)?
