Hello all, I administrate a Macintosh lab at New Mexico State University. Today one of the lab workers indicated that if you attempt to "PopChar" into MacWrite 5.0, it gives a system error ID = 10. I never thought to check MacWrite (I thought if it ran with Word and Excel, it'd run with anything). Has anyone had a similar experience? Pertinent(?) info: Macs: SE, SE/30, Plus, II Inits: all or none (except PopChar, of course) it doesn't matter Disinfectant: no viruses System version: 6.0.2 Phase of the Moon: Gibbous Waning Vaughan -- Vaughan Turner BITNET: mcswvt@nmsuvm1.bitnet Box 3AT Computer Center INTERNET: vturner@nmsu.edu Las Cruces, NM 88001

I forgot to mention that our system underwent a degrade over Christmas, and all of the kinks aren't out yet, so please mail to vturner@nmsu.edu (I'm really not root, honest). I have modified my .signature to this effect.
