Does anyone know of a reminder program, like Remember?, that can be used by multiple users? I need a program that several people can use for scheduling meetings, appointments, etc. I thought about using Remember? in a public folder, but I'm not sure that would work. Any suggestions? SmartAlarms exists in a multiuser version. Available from ComputerWare (and presumably from other mail order companies) for a price of $149. The single user version is very convenient to use. -- Sigurd Meldal Hard mail: ERL 456 | Internet: meldal@anna.stanford.edu Computer Systems Lab.| Stanford University | BitNet: meldal%anna.stanford.edu@forsythe.bitnet Stanford CA 94305 | Uucp: ...decwrl!glacier!shasta!anna!meldal USA | phone: +1 415 723 6027 fax: +1 415 725 7398

Any suggestions? There are two that I know of: Multi-User Appointment Diary, which, used with the associated product Smart Alarms, can make a nice Diary/Reminder combination. The publisher is JAM Software (415) 663-1041. There is another one published by Layered (617) 242-7700 which I think is called Front Desk Multiuser. If anyone knows of any others, I would also like to hear about it or them.

Well, simpler, more limited, and possibly cheaper, is my own Cal shareware, which lets multiple people share a calendar over a net, but for the moment, requries that the Calendar files reside on a disk that has shared access (such as TOPS or AppleShare give you.) -- -- David Phillip Oster - Note new address.
