Does anyone know of a good way of getting a response from the Manx
Customer Support people? I have fired off two requests for help, via
Air Mail from Australia, but haven't heard anything from them for
over two months. Is the international mail system so unreliable?
It would be good if they were on the net, but that may be asking for
too much....
Starting to get annoyed with Customer Support that doesn't,
