Does anyone out there know why a PICT image read into Giffer would come up with a reversed clut? We have a MicroTek 300Z scanner which generates PICT files. When I look at them or convert them in Giffer1.06 (and 1.03) they are a negative image of the original (ie, it looks like the CLUTs been reversed). The strange thing is, these files are fine when read in by any other program, such as studio 8, graphist Paint, etc. And, even stranger, PICT files created by these other programs look FINE and dandy in giffer. Can some kind soul explain what's going on. Is the auther of Giffer listening? Anyone have his e-mail address? phone number...? Thanks in advance, =Steve=
