SUM II Disk Optimize fails to finish.... I just ran the SUM II Disk Optimize program from within SUM II TuneUp. The program only finished 60% of the optimization, quit with an "unexpected error" and now refuses to even try and optimize the disk. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a fix? if it is the same problem that I had, then do what their tech service said to do, use Disk First Aid on your hard drive, and it will fix something, and then the optimize will work. TVL PS-I've seen the optimizer cause Jasmines to blow up if they had partitions. Then they have to be formated.
