My uncle (who doesn't have net access) has recently experienced the
death of the power supply to his "Paradise MAC 10" hard disk (from
Paradise Systems, Inc.) Apparently the power supply came in a
different case than the disk mechanism.
Anyway, here's the deal. He needs another power supply (the company has
apparently gone out of business). While I realize that I could probably
make him another power supply, I don't really have the time.
Does anyone out there have a Paradise MAC 10 power supply? My uncle is
willing to rent or buy it -- he just has to get the data off that
drive and on to a drive that works. So, if anyone out there has the
requisite power supply, please mail me and I'll give you his phone
number. Thanks muchly!
Oh, BTW: Please don't post a reply to this letter -- I don't read
comp.sys.mac, and I doubt anyone else really cares to see a second
message about this.
