Just a note of customer satisfaction: A while ago, I inadvertently initialized five Sony High Denisty disks in the 800k drive of a Mac II. I didn't think that this would really make a difference, but it basically ends up destroying the disks. My SE/30 couldn't re-initialize the disks at all. So, on a chance, I sent them to Sony explaining what had happened. Two weeks later, I received five replacement disks, a hand signed letter, and an apology for the delay.
