[comp.sys.mac] Converting Word files to ALL uppercase AND more WORD queries

david@oahu.cs.ucla.edu (David Dantowitz) (03/07/90)

Thanks to those who sent suggestions. There are a few ways to do
this. The simplest being: select the region of text and hit
command-option-k. [The Word 2.0 manual is a bit cryptic on this subject]

For those who are curious, this is for reading speeches, which, in all caps
can be read easily at a glance.

One related question: How can you move files back and forth between different
versions of Word? (V2 and V4).

At school we have V4 and at home V2. Also, sometimes V2 has problems reading
MacWrite formatted files, is this fixed on later versions?
