I've seen a lot of discussion about the Mac TCP/IP package, but...

Where is it available?  And for how much?  Also, are there any decent
internet mailers for the Macintosh?

There is a PD Mac TCP/IP optimized for use on ham radio available for 
downloading from various places.  One is the BBS listed in the sig below.
