Try DeltaGraph by DeltaPoint, Inc. (408) 648-4000. It can import just about
any kind of file (Excel, etc... comma delimited, space delimited...)

I just downloaded the program 'contours' from the NCSA archive
zaphod.ncsa.uiuc.edu, and while the documentation makes the program look
promising, nowhere does it explain the format of the raster file required
for input. Just for good measure, though, it was able to input the
accompanying 'readme' file (full of text) and plot it without choking.
Still, I am not a cryptologist. Does anyone know how the input data
should be prepared? (there is no e-mail contact address in the documents)
Thanks,

(there is no e-mail contact address in the documents) Contours reads a raw raster file, i.e. a file containing a row-wise array of bytes containing raster values between 0 and 255.
