I have a printer which behaves like an Imagewriter but unfortunately will only run at 4800 baud (or slower) and N81. The Imagewriter driver runs at 9600 baud and N82. Can anybody tell me how/if I can change the settings? I have done some Mac programming, and know 680x0 assembly, so I would not be afraid of hacking up the printer driver with ResEdit, if that is what it would take. I am not, unfortunately, familiar with using 680x0 assembly to manipulate the Mac toolbox, all my Mac experience is with C. I do have Inside Mac Vols. 1-5. I need to be able to print bitmaps, so the generic serial drivers that I have seen floating around haven't helped. If you could respond through mail, that would be swell, since I am not able to keep up with the volume of postings on this newsgroup.
