Uh, yup.  For those of us on a budget, White Knight seems to be the
way to go.  For those of you used to a more conventionally supported
product, from a company with a more conventional
layout/administration, then MicroPhone is definitely the way to go.
Although, Scott Watson is starting to offer phone support between 2
and 5 pm Eastern time to registered users.  (Yes, with White Knight he
included a user registration form, although I think this was only for
user support and upgrade info, he'll still want your master disk at
upgrade time--something else I don't like but I'll deal with).

Starting???  Scott has been offering phone support between those hours for 
a few years now...
