A demo version is available on GEnie in the Macintosh area in the Commercial demos library. (Disclaimer: I wrote some of the PostScript code for it.) Several years ago I wrote a HyperCard stack that merged user-entered text with PostScript templates to print convention name tags, business cards, report covers, etc. It was created to solve a similar problem. However, that effort was abandoned because no one was interested in it. Ive uploaded a one template version of it to the HyperCard area on GEnie. Its called Laser Printing from HyperCard.
