[comp.sys.mac] Where is theGrouch2.0?

Does anybody know where I can ftp a copy of the init theGrouch2.0?

From what I understand, when this init is active, every time you throw
something into the trashcan, Oscar the Grouch peeks out of the can.

I don't see it at sumex, so any info to its location would be greatly
appreciated.
