[comp.sys.mac] Can Mac read Amiga floppies?

bdest@unix.cis.pitt.edu (Benoit Desjardins) (03/29/90)

does anybody know if there is a way to read Amiga floppy format on a Mac
FDHD drive? Is there a PD soft that can do that? It it physically
possible? Please mail your reply to: benoit@speedy.cs.pitt.edu

I have not heard of any software that allows the FDHD to read Amiga
floppies, but it should be physically possible. The Amiga uses IBM type drives
and can read and write IBM format 720K 3.5" disks (Amiga floppies are 880K
so are slightly different, but the basic drive is the same).
