[comp.sys.mac] MacPaint-SuperPaint-PICT

How do I convert a MacPaint or SuperPaint file to a PICT
resource file? Using the PICT option when saving produces a PICT data
file which is not what I'm looking for.

Yuppies think I'm a wino 'cos I seem to have no class,
Girls think I'm perverted 'cos I watch them as they pass.

You should be able to do it (although I'm not positive) by opening up
a PICT resource with Resedit and pasting the bitmapped picture into
it. Another way might be to copy the picture to the
clipboard/scrapbook, and again with ResEdit, copy the PICT resource
into your other file.
