Does anyone know a single search string that will catch every known nVIR
clone? The version that Penn State uses has one for each particular renaming,
plus some generic-looking ones, and consequently the scan time is atrocious.
Similarly for Scores: what are the minimum number of search strings for
various portions of the Scores manifestation required to guarantee finding
a virulent infection?
Replies by e-mail, please; I'll post a summary if interest warrants.
Thanks a lot!
