This probably doesn't qualify as being 100% public domain, but the complete documentation and binaries for Pearl Lisp (now owned by Apple, but written by Coral) was distributed on the first edition of Phil and Dave's Excellent CD. (The "Pre-Release Version", not to be confused with the second edition "The Release Version"). This is an full featured Lisp system and is a subset of Apple's Allegro Common Lisp. Eric Woudenberg
