A couple of months ago, I called Apple to check out whether dealers could charge for copying new systems onto your disks. The answer was yes! Apple believes that the dealers should be compensated for their time. Fortunately, I've found a dealer who'll do it for free. They seem to realize that customer goodwill is worth more than a couple of bucks. If anyone (at Apple) believes that I was given the wrong answer, please let me know.
