Highlighted Data, Box 17229, Washington, D.C. 20041 sells the CD-ROM entitled Electronic Map Cabinet for the Mac II (and other models). You can usually find the intersection of the streets where you live, i.e. very fine detail. Then you can move that image into MacDraw and enhance it. Phone 703 533 1939
