I chose SmartScrap over MultiScrap and am glad. It allows you to name each of the items in a scapbook and find them by name. It has a table of contents display and you can switch or make additional scrapbooks at will. In addition, it allows you to copy portions of a scrapbook image by using the lasso or marque (although you cant CUT portions). It also displays in color. I've not used The Clipper much. Basically it cuts a portion of the image on the clipboard to a specific size. I believe that you can also
re-size an entire image to size. The shareware application ClipBoard Magician is more versatile, but since The Clipper comes with SmartScrap - why not try it.
