[net.wanted] Protocol Test Facility Porting

	We are going to port Protocol Test Tools
from NTIS magnetic tape containing transport protocol,
spec. compiler, and test system.
	Our environment is VAX-11/730 under 4.2 BSD Unix.
If you had ported it in this environment, send me your name
and address, please.  I would like to consult with you if
some trouble happens.
