Here's three responses (2 con, 1 pro) about the EHMAN monitor. I'd still
like to hear from people who have use the MIRROR, or for that matter I'd
also like to hear from anyone who's dealt with MIRROR for other products.
They seem to have a nice phone persona! But who doesn't when they're
trying to sell you something? Come to think of it, EHMAN didn't! ;-)

I had a great deal of problems with Ehman and their 2-page monitors:
1. I ordered the monitor in February, but they shipped in May, after numerous
phone calls. They kept saying "in a few days..."
2. The first monitor they shipped was defective. The second they shipped had a
defective video card cable. The third was OK until a few days ago, when I had
to
replace the video card cable (I saved the cable from the first unit they
shipped.)

I recently purchased an Ehman 19" and I would advise that you stay
as far away from them as possible. The service was very bad and now I am
having trouble with the monitor as well. Tech support has been somewhat
helpfull, but I am afraid that I am going to have some trouble since it looks
like the monitor has to go back.
To make a long story short on the service I recieved:
1) They charged my credit card 2 WEEKS before they shipped.
2) If I had not made such a fuss about it, it would have been 2 - 3 more
weeks before I got it.
3) The salesperson LIED outright to me on the phone about availability.
4) When I called to talk them I got the Royal Run-Arround. "Please Hold"
seems to be their only answer to customer problems.
5) When I finally mention the "Cancel" word, they suddenly had some in stock
and
could ship that day.
Now, I am having some focus and other strange display problems. It will cost me
at least $35.00 to send it back to have it fixed and it will probably
take 2 weeks. If I can get them to give me my money back, I will probably just
buy the Mirror myself. If you get any response on the Mirror, I would
appreciate it if you could forward to me or summarize to the net.

Our Ehman 2-page monitor is finally delivered after 2 months.
It just looks like sun monitor. It is not gray scale, but
we are not using gray scale. It does not have any problem.
Ehman's people are generally kind and knowlegable about Mac.
The most attractive thing was their price.
Two of my friends are using their Hard disk. No problems yet.
Their price of Hard disk is also attractive. I have a plan to
buy 80Mb Hard disk from them.
