[net.wanted] Tape Management System wanted

I am looking for a Tape Management System to use for tracking
tapes in our tape library.  It needs to run on a VAX under the
VMS operating system, although I would take Unix source and
rewrite it myself if necessary.  I am interested in either
public domain or commercial software.
