Thanks to everyone who wrote me about the free upgrade. Guess what was hanging on my water shutoff when I got home that night? Sorry I don't know how to email. As it is I have to use Pnews to even get outside of FileNet and it's not very automatic. (I happily posted away using the F comand of rn for a long time until I figured out that no one out there was getting anything.) Anyway, like everyone else I'm looking forward to exploring FullWrite and hoping the original promise (from Ann Arbor) is really fulfilled some day. FullWrite is the reason I'm using a Mac today instead of a PC. Shirley Kehr
