[comp.sys.mac] Postscript to file

Is there anyway to direct Postscript output to a text file instead of the
serial port (to laser printer)?   Maybe a there is a pseudo-driver or a
utility to do this that I don't know about.

I understand there is a standard way on the mac to redirect postscript
output to a text file instead of the laser printer.  Is there?  How
does one do it?
