    Fastback for the Mac works great.  Figure out how many floppies your
backup will require and plan for about 45 seconds per floppy (for a first-time
backup).  I've also seen Redux recommended highly.  There are scads of backup
utilities available commercially or as shareware, freeware, happiware, ware, oh
ware... Check out the popular Mac monthlies.  They usually list favorite
products and will occasionally present a special report on backup utilities.
