Dalton's "Software Etc.", I think they're nationwide; labels made
by Avery (I think). Reasonable price ($6 per 70?).

This isn't much help for people in Virginia, but I have purchased them
at a large office supply store:

I use Post-it Correction & Cover-up Tape which has the same adhesive as
the Post-it Notes so it is easily removable. It comes one inch wide by
700 inches long in a dispenser similar to those used for Scotch Tape.

I believe a recent issue of "MacUser" (it has a picture of a Mac SE on
the cover) had a tip on replacing worn mouse balls. A reader
suggested gluing in BB's (those small ball bearings shot at squirrels
and young children with air guns) in the old slots. The tip in the
magazine included a diagram. Hope this helps.

I have noticed that, sometimes, several Macintoshes equipped in the same
manner (i.e, hardware, software, networks.....) often have slight differences.

For example, I have seen some screens flicker while others don't, some that
will print across the connecting network while another can't, some where the
disk drive will always properly read the disk, and some others that only read
the diskette properly sometimes. And all these Macintoshes have identical
set-ups.

So, it must be one of three things:

   (1) Certain hardware failures causing the problems.

   (2) This "weirdness" is inherent in all computers due to timing,
hardware, software, circuits, etc.... and I just haven't noticed
	it before

   (3) I've lose my mind.

Does anyone know the correct answer?
