I've got the Krabat.prg chess program and its corresponding IconEdit.prg program. The problem is whenever I try to run Krabat, I'm greeted by "Can't find picture files" error message. I suppose the IconEdit.prg program is for creating the picture file. I did so and create files with extension .PIC I subsequently run Krabat.prg, and got the same message again Can some kind soul tell me what to do. Do the .PIC files have to be in a certain name. I'm lost. HELPPPPPPP !!! (BTW, I'm using a monochrome system) Thanks in advance. *** REPLACE THIS LINE WITH YOUR MESSAGE *** -- Lean L. Since the original poster of the KRABAT chess game has not come forward to explain the problem, I am taking the (hopefully minor) liberty of passing on the gist of a personal communication of his to me: Basically, the problem is that he forgot to include the .PIC files in the archive. He told me he would get them posted soon. BTW, for those of you who might have tried to create .PIC files, I think they have to be put into a directory called "PICTURES" or some such thing; it's in the documentation somewhere, I believe. I, for one, am eagerly awaiting the rest of the game! JJMG
