[comp.sys.atari.st] Info on cartridge slot

Does anyone know where I can get a board with connector and
sockets for the cartridge slot on an ST?  I would be willing
to pay for it or build one myself if I had the schematics.

Also, how about a board with ram to plug   into the slot for 
debugging before burning proms?
