[comp.sys.atari.st] SCSI Interface availability

VERBRUGGEN.HENR@XEROX.COM.UUCP (02/03/87)

I'm considering to add a harddisk to my ST. Could someone please
inform me if the DMA->SCSI interface and the SCSI card are
available ? I'm assuming that the SCSI card will accept all
'standard' HD's .

Thanks very much

I'm in about the same position -- I have the disk and controller, now
I'm looking at the interface. Yes, there are at least two out there.
One is by Supra, and appears to be the same interface they use in
their own hard disks. The other is, if I remember correctly, by
Beckmeyer developments. One of our fellow netters posted something
about it a while ago. Was that you, Ravi? How is it performing?

Email me if you find others, please.

I think I was in neutral when I wrote that -- I only got the first
letter right. Upon re-reading Ravi's note, I see the company name
is Berkeley Micro Systems.

Better late than never. (?)
