I would like to make a few remarks to the Usenet posting of UniTerm V1.6g: 1) I wasn't asked. 2) I would have said no, if asked. 3) Don't blame me if comp.sys.atari.st gets closed down. 4) I've just finished rewriting the docs for V1.7a, which has been in final testing the last week and which I was going ^^^ to distribute this weekend. V1.7a as I already mentioned on the net includes XModem CRC, XModem 1kB packets and a better Kermit + VT200 emulation (with DEC international character set). This makes the distribution of an old version to Usenet even more frustrating since I have to answer all the questions! 5) Even an optimistic estimate of the costs of this posting results in tens of kilo $.
