Stop the presses... UniTerm 1.7a is here. I'm using it to type this right now... As announced earlier, SnailMail disk number 1 will be updated to include UniTerm 1.7a (as for the remaining contents of the disk, there might be minor upgrades like ETERNAL2 in place of ETERNAL -- if there's a lack of space, GEM Kermit might be removed, since 1.7a does Kermit). This disk is available for $3 US (or $4 Canadian), which includes the cost of a SS disk and postage within North America. For a list of addresses of people distributing it, see the recent post announcing the disk of Moshe Braner's utilities (SnailMail disk number 2). -- ------------------------------------ UUCP: ... !seismo!mnetor!lsuc!maccs!gordan (note ..dAn or mail may bounce) BITNET: GP@TANDEM ^ <---' Gordan Palameta

The "tor" distribution is supposed to limit this message to sites in Toronto... wonder if it works... For those of you with modems and the inclination to use them, the contents of the SnailMail disks will wind up on Access Atari (479-2169) sooner or later. (This is a BBS run by Atari Canada). In particular I gave Julius the disk of Moshe Braner's stuff, so it ought to be there by now. UniTerm 1.7a will find its way there sometime next week (I hope) (UNITERM is there right now, in SIG 3, but it's an older version). So if this is a local phone call to you, you can try it and possibly save the $4 you'd spend getting it from me (if it isn't a local phone call, the long distance charges downloading it will cost you more than $4 unless you call at 2400 baud after 11 pm (I think Access Atari is capable of 2400 baud, but I'm not sure)). -- ------------------------------------ UUCP: ... !seismo!mnetor!lsuc!maccs!gordan (note ..dAn or mail may bounce) BITNET: GP@TANDEM ^ <---' Gordan Palameta
