I spoke to Dr. Andrew Tanenbaum a couple of weeks ago, and got some info about MINIX for the Atari ST. He mentioned that it can be done, and in fact he had posted a solution to the memory management problem (debated amongst the netters), but apparently no one paid much attention to it. Anyway, someone in Netherlands is in the process of porting it to the ST, and it's 90% done. The remaining 10% is the tough part though. When it's done, they announce it on the net.
